Sunday 27th June 2010

Hi all, looks like I was wrong last week as the hot sunny weather came back this week. It has been great enjoying the hot warm weather all week, even if towards the end of the week it did get a bit hot during the midday sun. Being very fair skinned I have to be extremely careful of being out in the sun too long as I burn extremely easily. This means for me I have found it best to stay out of the midday sun and fine shade during this part of the day. Another thing I have found is that I have to use a high factor sun cream/block and make sure to re-apply it very reguarly to avoid ending up looking like a beetroot.

Monday we went for a short walk in one of our local picnic areas, this was unfortunately too busy for us to walk nude, but was enjoyable anyway. We again saw the family of swans which are all still doing well, the second adult was back with them this week and all the cygnets are growing well.

Wednesday we again managed a walk in the lovely weather, although there was still a lot of people about. It is good to everyone enjoying the sun while it is here, but it does mean we are going to have to go to other areas for our nude walks.

We spent the next couple of days round the house doing yet more jobs in the garden. We are only able to be nude in a small area of our back garden as most of it is overlooked by neighbours behind us. We did manage some nude time out there between jobs which was great. Our front garden is open to the road and at the end of a col de sac so we have to cover up to do anything out there.

Friday we went with some friends for a party and a bbq in the evening, this was really enjoyable and a lot of fun. We even had a wet t shirt competition for fun and a bit of a cool down.

Saturday we spent relaxing at home and again enjoying the sun. We also caught up once again with our site admin duties from Naturist-Corner, it has been another busy week on the site with more new members joining us. We have had several reports from members that have come back from their holidays as well as some beach reports. It’s good to see that the beaches around the uk are still well used by naturists.

That’s about all for this week, hope the good weather continues and we can all have a good nude time.

Thanks for reading.

Another week is over and half the year has now gone, it only seems a little while ago that we all had snow and were wishing summer would get here. Not sure if we are going to get much of a summer again this year as going by the weather the last few weeks, it’s going to be another cool wet one. This week has been cold with showers and we were not able to spend any nude time outside due to this.

Most of this week for us has been spent mainly indoors as Jon’s joints and muscles have been playing up, which meant he was not able to walk very well and in too much pain to go anywhere.

We did manage to go out on Wednesday before he got too bad and take our friend out to do some more photos. We went along the shore in Harwich to do some sea scapes and costal photography. We found that once we were there it was very windy and the waves looked good breaking on the shoreline and the defences. Along the coast a bit we spotted some kite surfers taking advantage of the conditions, so not ones to pass up this oportunity we made our way closer to where they were to get some photos of them.

The rest of week was spent sorting things out on the computer and with me doing some jobs round the house. We sorted the pictures we took on Wednesday and caught up with our admin work on Naturist-Corner. A couple of members reported that the world naked bike rides were well attended and all went off successfully, and even put up links to some photo’s of the events. It looks like everyone had a great time and we are sad we could not get to one this year.

Below are some photos we took on Wednesday.

That’s all for this week, hope you all have a good nude week. Thanks for reading.

Monday 14th June 2010

Hi all, we are late updating our blog this week but we have been busy catching up on other things and forgot all about it.

This week has been another one of unsettled weather with only a few hours of sun, and quite a lot of rain. Due to this we have not managed to get any nude time other than indoors, as even when the sun came out it was not really warm enough to be nude outside.

During the dry spells we managed to get our lawns mowed and started on some tiding up in the garden. As Jon is not really up to doing much this means I get to try to do this and I hate gardening. Now most of the birds have fledged and left their nests, I have got to start thinking about cutting/trimming our hedge. Although we have been told that it is a row of trees and not a hedge, it consists of hawthorn and elder among others.

We have been busy on naturist-corner this week monitoring all the activity and welcoming the new members to the site. We are looking forward to any reports from members who attended the world naked bike rides at the weekend. Unfortunately we could not make it to one ourselves this year, but hope to be able to next year.

On one of our short walks this week we saw the family of swans again and was pleased to see that all the cygnets are still doing well, although we only saw one parent with them this time. We hope that it was just up the river a bit and something has not happened to it. It is great to see the wildlife around us doing well and feel very lucky to be able to observe them.

That’s all for this week, thanks for reading.

Saturday 5th June 2010

Another week over and it’s been another mixed one weather wise, we have had some really lovely days of hot sun and others of rain. This has meant that we were able to get some nude time in both in the garden as well as our local woods.

Monday was a sunny day and we visited some family and helped out with some bits in their garden that they couldn’t manage on their own. It is nice to see all the plants now in flower and the bees, butterflies etc enjoying them. We haven’t tried to take any photos of them yet this year but hope to do so before they disappear.

Tuesday we went to some friends on the outskirts of London, the weather was not kind to us and rained nearly all day. This meant that we had several delays on our journey as the traffic was slow in quite a few places. We got to our friends a bit late due to this, our friends showed us around their new house which is really nice. They have just got a jacuzzi which we were hoping to try out but due to the weather this was not possible, so we will have to wait for another time. We spent a great nude day with our friends, chatting and catching up on all the various news.

Wednesday was back to sunshine and Jon had to go back to the dentist for the next part of his root canal. This all went well and the temporary filling was replaced with a permanent one. He was told that if all is ok in a month when we both have check ups they will possibly put a cap on the tooth. Later that day we managed a short walk at our local picnic area.

Thursday we got a phone call from our car dealer to say our car was finally ready to be collected. It had taken a while as the bank holiday weekend had meant that the parts it needed could not be delivered to the dealers until Tuesday/Wednesday. We went and picked the car up and checked it over, they seem to have done a good job. In the evening we went to visit some friends and also gave the car a run after its service/repairs. We had a good evening with them and also met some of their family.

Friday we went to our local woods for a lovely nude walk as it was again sunny and warm. Once off the main paths we were able to have a nice relaxing walk and take a few photos as well. Although we could hear others about, we did not see anyone but we always keep an eye out for others as we do not wish to cause offence and so that we can cover up before people get within sight.

Today we have spent catching up with computer work as well as mowing the lawn. We had to also prune a bit of our cherry tree as it was getting to be a problem, this unfortunately was the time that the weather chose to change again and it started to rain fairly heavily. This in turn meant we got rather wet and a bit chilly finishing up the job.

Here are a couple of photos of Cas taken on our walk in the woods on Friday.

Sunday 30th May 2010

Hi welcome to another blog update.

This has been a good and bad week for us, the week started off quite well with some sun shine and warmth this made it possible for one of our local walks round the country park on Monday which was very nice unfortunately  our car started making a very strange noise so had to visit the dealer for them to look they had a quick look and were not sure what the problem was but they said it was nothing serious and they would investigate further at it’s service which was booked for Friday.

The weather changed over night on Monday so Tuesday started quite bright but with a cold wind and a few small rain showers this meant we did not do much apart from visit some family members.

Wednesday was very windy and quite cold in the wind but not to bad in the sun if you could find shelter from the wind we had a short walk at the country park but it was too cold and windy to take any pictures, we also found it very quiet with hardly any wildlife about just a few rabbits and nothing else.

Thursday was a very wet and windy day and we spent the day indoors catching up with some computer work and photo editing we put up our swan pictures we promised you all and sorted out our night shots and added some to our flickr photo stream.

Friday we had to take the car to the dealers for it’s service we had to be there for 8-8.30 am to give them the time they needed to do the work and find out what was causing the strange noise, we picked up a loan car and headed off to Ipswich for a look around and then had lunch at Nacton country park where we had a nice walk along the river Orwell before returning to the car and setting off to Felixstowe to visit some family we had not seen for a while. The car dealer phoned us about 4 pm to say our car had to have some parts ordered for it and would not be ready until Wednesday next week this means we keep the loan car until then, as we did not have to get the loan car back that day we spent a very pleasant evening with our family.

Saturday we watched the Formula 1 qualifying before heading off to our friends in Harwich for the evening.

Sunday 23rd May 2010

Hi welcome back to our blog.

This week the weather has been really nice lovely and warm and mainly non stop sun, this has meant we have been able to get out and take more photos this week it has also meant we could spend far more time nude indoors and out.

Monday we had to visit the car dealership to arrange the cars two year service while we were there we had the only rain of the week and this lasted for only a few minutes before drying up again. Friends of ours on the east coast had some thunder storms and quite heavy rain. As this missed us we were able to have a nice short walk at one of our local picnic areas in the early evening.

Wednesday Jon had the first part of his root canal done and a temporary filling put in for a couple of weeks till the proper one is done. This is to make sure the nerves calm down and there is no infection in the tooth. He has said it feels a lot better now and has no pain from it. We also finally managed to get a spare battery for our small camera and also a decent case that fits it and the spare battery and memory cards. We also managed another evening walk, we saw a family of swans while out and counted 8 cygnets which we hope all survive. We took some photos of them which we will try to post later in the week, still haven’t processed them yet.

Thursday we went to a friends for the evening and went out to take some night photos with him. This is the friend we are helping learn photography. We all took quite a few shots of the docks area and some fishing boats. Our friend is getting on well as now he is happily using exposure compensation without having to ask us. We will look through the photos and post some of ours next week.

Friday we spent trying to tidy up our garden a bit, this involved clearing a section which had become over run with brambles and rose suckers from our neighbours garden. We spent the rest of the afternoon relaxing nude and enjoying the sun.

Saturday we went for a drive up to Dunwich area and spent a lovely afternoon around the heath and forest areas. We managed a short nude walk which was really enjoyable. The gorse is now in flower and looks great by the side of the roads, it was lovely seeing the deer in the forest and as evening wore on sitting listening to the noises in the forest was wonderful.

Thanks for reading and have a great nude week.

Saturday 15th May 2010

Another week is over and the weather has not warmed up much this week, it has been cool and dull must of the week with the occasional rain shower. This has meant that once again we have not been able to make a start on our naturist photos for this year. We did manage to get in a short walk at our local picnic area between showers during the week but it was not really the weather to take any photos.

The start of the week we spent relaxing as my back was still playing up from the mri scan last weekend. This gradually calmed down about mid week and I was able to get a few jobs done in the garden including mowing the lawn. This now seems a never ending job as it is growing very quickly at the moment. We have seen our first young birds this year which is great, unusually it was a young robin we saw first being fed by it’s parent. This is odd for our area as it’s always been the starlings that have been about first with the smaller birds a few weeks later, it also seems that the starlings can then have two lots of young a year. We are looking forward to watching all the other youngsters as they come to be fed, as it’s great to watch them sneaking some food themselves when the parents aren’t watching.

We have had a busy time on Naturist-Corner this week with more new members joining us. As it’s the start of the season for outdoor naturism if we get the weather, members are starting to post some of the forthcoming events for the year. There is the annual world naked bike rides taking place around the country with various members either taking part or just going to watch, as well nude fest. There are also several clothing optional days being held again this year at Abbey House Gardens, this sounds like a great day out from the member reports of previous years events.

We had some time this last week to go through a few photos we took a few weeks ago when we had a short warm spell and found a few we had taken in our garden. Below is one of me in the garden enjoying being able to be out nude for the first time this year, hopefully we will get some more chances soon.

Cas in the garden

Have a great nude week.

Sunday 9th May 2010

Hi we are again a day late writing up our blog this week, no real excuses this time apart from not feeling up to doing it yesterday after having an MRI scan early yesterday afternoon.

This week we have left the warmer weather behind us and have the colder temperatures back again as well as some rain. This has meant that we have not been able to get any nude time this week as it’s been too cold, even indoors we have had to put fleeces back on and even put the heating back on. It looks like this is going to continue for at least a week, worst luck.

Last Sunday we watched the BTCC coverage on tv, this was great fun to watch as the track was wet to start the day with some rain about but dried up later in the day for the later races. This series provides some great close racing and is always good to watch.

This week we have not really done a great deal, other than the normal jobs round the house and garden. This has given us time to catch up with some computer work. A member of our family had given us some old photos that they wanted scanned and restored. We made a start on these, concentrating on one of them that we were asked to do first. We find it great to look back at old photos and find it a good thing to now scan them and get them as digital files, so that they can be printed out if required.

Naturist-Corner is still going well, although we have had a few problems with some people that can’t seem to work their way round the quite simple site. We are not sure how these people actually manage to work their way round the net if they can’t work a site like this, as it’s a really easy one to get around and does not require much working out. The majority of the members have no problem with the site and some have even told us that they think it is one of the better naturist sites around at the moment. This is a great compliment as there are loads of other sites out there and to be considered one of the better ones is great.

The colder weather means we have not been out taking any photos this week, which is a shame as we were hoping to make a start on this years naturist pics. Looks like this will have to wait for a while again till it warms up once again.

That’s all for this week, hope you all have a good week.

Thanks for reading.

Saturday 1st May

Hi welcome to another weeks post.

This week the weather has been quite good for the most part with just Thursday and Friday having showers but still being nice and warm,This has allowed for quite a lot of nude time this week.

The week started badly in a way as our t.v. went wrong and had to be sorted we ended up replacing it with a new one as there are some bargains about at the moment as all the latest models are coming out so the old models are sold off well below the original price in our case for less than half it’s launch price.

We had a few trips out to our local country park during the week and are pleased to see all the trees and bushes in full bloom at the moment these look nice and cheerful and remind us summer is well on the way.

Bushes

A lot of the birds in our garden are collecting as much food as they can carry so they are obviously bringing up young at the moment which is great,we hope to get some pics of them during the week.

The last few days of the week have been spent lazing around not doing much apart from a dentist visit for Jon as he has an infection and will need a root canal done in a few weeks.

We are at present looking for a few local areas where we can get some more naturist photos taken for here and for the gallery on naturist-corner as we don’t want to keep reusing the same locations for photo shoots as it will become boring for us to do and for others to view,we have a few ideas at present so keep your eyes open for new pics in the next few weeks.

Thanks for reading.
